Provide administration, support, and management of our TSM and backup environments. 

Support the Storage administration group through software GUI and /or Command Line Interface as well as Disaster Recovery planning, Data Recovery, and Data warehousing within a large Enterprise environment.  Maintain and maximize multi-platform a backup infrastructure providing optimal availability and performance. 

1. Candidate must have deployment, administration and integration experience within large corporate server environments ideally from both a project and operational perspective. 
2. Candidate must be able to install and integrate TSM backup subsystems and Enterprise Backup solutions, including tape libraries into heterogeneous server environments. 
3. Ability to develop detailed architecture plans, perform Capacity requirements for analysis.  Job requires the ability to troubleshoot problems and technical issues.
4. Excellent communication skills required, both verbal and written. 
5. Able to communicate technical points to others at all levels including technical, users and management.
6. Sr. Level Administration of Enterprise Servers AIX and Linux Operating Systems
7. Sr. Level Management of LTO, ATL and Jaguar tape libraries systems
8. Proficient in TSM enterprise backup products (Installation and configuration of TDP for Database and application, Addition of Tapes to Library, Assign Scratch Tapes, Volume Management etc…)
9. TSM Client Agent Management (Client Failures, Interpretation of Client errors, client error correction)
10. Client Backup Policy Management (Define Clients at server, Backup Domain, Backup retention policy etc…)
11. Familiar with TSM command line commands
12. Enterprise Backup and Design a plus
13. Familiar in Disaster Recovery
14. Tape Management.
