he individual who fills this highly impactful position will drive & execute staffing strategy includingspecialized programs.
Functions as a business partner with hiring managers to meet and exceed expectations throughout the hiring process.
Drives campus recruiting and other job fairs.
Assists with recruitment planning including staffing metrics and applicant tracking.
Coordinate and administer employee referral program.
Manages RPO recruiters and third party recruiters as needed.
Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects.
Delivers new employee orientation.
Works closely with HR Director to assure proper process flow and to meet internal customer expectations.
 The Ideal candidate would be a Full Time MBA (HR) from a reputed Business School with 6 - 8 Years of HR Experience
At least 4 years of Staffing Experience
Worked in a strong Service Level Agreement environment. MedicalÂ
Device industry/ Engineering industry exposure will be a added advantage
Strong industry network of candidates and recruitment vendors
Customer centric with focus on delivering recruitment solutions tailored to business requirements
Demonstrated experience in partnering with other HR/business functions to successfully deliver recruitment targets
End-to-end recruiting and sourcing experience, including program management
Experience in Start-up multinational environment is desirable.
