• Raw materials inspected by QC inspectors verified & their approval , rejection as per approved standards and methodology
• Pre purchase Sample analysis & source approval.
• Vendor analysis.
• Packaging components verification for inspection, analysis carried by QC inspectors & their approval/rejection.
• Monitor processing of bulk as per Product Process Standards including shade matching & time limit defined for maceration period.
• Processed bulk sampling, analysis & their approval or rejection.
• Finish Products sampling, analysis & their approval or rejection.
• Updating of specifications.
• Process validation.
• Stability studies.
• In-process control
• Co-ordinate with R&D laboratory for submission of samples & their disposition.
-Must be experienced in Q.C. with respect to Testing
-Theoretical as well as Practical knowledge on Quality Control.
-Should be 3-4 years preferably in Perfume and Cosmetic Industries
- B.Pharma qualification is must.
- Should have valid passport.
