- Experience in procurement of materials and subcontracting of works
- Willingness to travel to work sites
- Should have good contacts in the industry (with various suppliers, contractors, govt. personnel) as well have the ability and willingness to cultivate new contacts also
- Should have a mature and balanced personality capable of interacting with govt agencies
- Possess sound leadership qualities
