Roles and responsibility for :

Guide team of senior leads and developers to build complex software components / products. Hands-on Technical Architect. Must handle Project Management across projects. Proven ability to lead teams, architecture, client interfacing- especially as a single-point of contact for senior technical and business leaders from clients.

Requirements for Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Technical Managers/ Senior Architects, Our client is Software Product Company having its operations in US and India., Chennai:

Strong Java, JEE, Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate), and skills on other technologies/platforms and design skills.

Expert level knowledge of OOAD, UML, Common Architectures patterns, Legacy Connectivity, EAI Protocols, SOA, ESB and Messaging, Internationalization, and Security. Well-versed and experienced with Project Management, Agile Development Methodology, SCRUM framework, UML™, Rational Rose™, Round-trip engineering tools, J2EE™ design patterns, Web-tier modeling, MVC, Model2 Architecture etc. Certifications would be an advantage.
