- Total hands on experience of 7 -10 years in power sector with reputed companies in erection & commissioning/ business development of thermal power plants
- Sound understanding of technical as well as business development related aspects of large turnkey projects in the power sector
- Strong network with potential clients in the thermal power sector
- Willingness to travel to build business
- Should have a mature and balanced personality capable of interacting with govt agencies and Independent Power Producers
- Possess sound leadership qualities
