We have an opportunity for a Human Resource
Manager for the Indian operations.
the Managing Director in India, YOU will be a part of strategic decision
making leadership team & establish a consistent people centered approach
to management, which supports the values and culture. The role is to develop
and implement an integrated Human Resource strategy, which creates a positive
and consistent employer brand.
you should have between 15 to 20years’
experience preferably in a manufacturing Industry with thorough
understanding of HR processes, knowledge and understanding of Team building,
negotiations skills& interpersonal skills.
And your responsibilities include
analyze business plans with Senior Managers and key decision-makers to
thoroughly assess the skills, developmental competencies and business
requirements in line with business strategies.
plan the effective people resourcing to meet future business needs.
develop the corporate culture based around the agreed vision and values,
provide a framework of clear accountabilities and decision making.
the delivery of the outsourced HR Service, ensuring it supports and facilitates
the delivery of business aims and objectives and provides high quality, timely
